Addresses outside the area code's geographic region are not acceptable for this requirement; a different (broader, national-level) address requirement must be selected if the customer cannot provide a matching local address.

Sub-allocation means re-assigning or sub-licensing the number to another business or end user. If sub-allocation applies, the customer must name the sub-allocated party and describe their use case as well. Formats other than YYYY-MM-DD (such as DD/MM/YYYY or MM-DD-YYYY) are not acceptable and will fail validation.

Classification of the Italian end user under one of three customer types as required by Italian DID regulations: 'natural person' (private individual), 'legal entity' (incorporated company such as S.r.l. or S.p.A.), or 'sole proprietorship' (ditta individuale or libero professionista). The classification determines which subsequent documentation is required (e.g., Codice Fiscale for natural persons, Partita IVA for legal entities).
