Either (a) a clear color copy of a valid, unexpired government-issued ID or passport for the individual end user (issued by the same country as the phone number); OR (b) a copy of the company registration or incorporation certificate issued by the local government registry of that same country. The choice depends on whether the end user is an individual (option a) or a business (option b). Documents from countries other than the phone number's country are not acceptable. ID/passports must show full name, photograph, date of birth, document number, and expiration date and must not be expired. Business certificates must show legal name, registration number, registration date, and registered address.

A physical address that matches the geographic area covered by the phone number's area code. The address must include street name and number, postal/ZIP code, city, and country, and the city/region of the address must fall within the geographic area assigned to the DID's area code. Addresses outside the area code's geographic region are not acceptable for this requirement; a different (broader, national-level) address requirement must be selected if the customer cannot provide a matching local address.

Acceptable documents include utility bills (electricity, water, gas, internet, landline telephone), invoices from the current telecommunications provider, or insurance policy documents. The document must clearly show (1) the full name of the individual or registered business name (matching the order), (2) the complete physical address (street, postal code, city, country), and (3) the document issue date. Mobile phone bills, screenshots, handwritten documents, and bills older than 3 months are not acceptable.

The copy must legibly show the holder's full legal name, photograph, date of birth, document number, issuing country and authority, issue date, and expiration date. The document must not be expired as of the submission date and must be a color scan or original PDF. Black-and-white copies, photographs at extreme angles, and screenshots of digital wallet IDs are not acceptable.

The Chilean tax identification number issued by the Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII) for individuals and businesses registered in Chile. Format consists of 7 to 8 digits followed by a hyphen and a single verification character (a digit 0 through 9, or the letter K). The submitted value must match a valid RUT structure and should correspond to the entity named on the order.

Generic or shared role-based addresses (e.g., info@, contact@) are acceptable but a personal address tied to the named end client is preferred.
