Generic or shared role-based addresses (e.g., info@, contact@) are acceptable but a personal address tied to the named end client is preferred.

The PDF must clearly show the holder's full legal name, photograph, date of birth, document number, issuing authority, and expiration date. The document must not be expired as of the submission date. Image formats other than PDF (such as JPG or PNG) and black-and-white copies are not acceptable for this requirement.

A physical address that matches the geographic area covered by the phone number's area code. The address must include street name and number, postal/ZIP code, city, and country, and the city/region of the address must fall within the geographic area assigned to the DID's area code. Addresses outside the area code's geographic region are not acceptable for this requirement; a different (broader, national-level) address requirement must be selected if the customer cannot provide a matching local address.
