A virtual landline, or FijoVirtual, is a telephone number with the same type of numbering offered by a traditional phone company, but with several advantages: an affordable monthly fee and the ability to answer on your mobile, so you do not need to buy a telephone. You can also add optional switchboard features that your traditional phone company cannot offer and that would normally require purchasing an expensive telephone system.

You pay a monthly fee for your FijoVirtual number, and we forward calls to the landline or mobile number you specify. For each minute of conversation, the caller pays their usual local call rate, and you pay per minute according to this rate table

There are two flat rate plans that include maintenance and calls, so you do not have to worry about your remaining balance. They are only for receiving calls in Spain.

If nobody calls you, you only pay the monthly fee for your FijoVirtual number. There are no further charges.

No. Geographic landline numbers have no activation fee or minimum commitment. You can cancel whenever you wish; the service is cancelled automatically if you stop paying. The minimum subscription is one month.

No. You only pay for the time you spend talking.

No. You only need a landline or mobile phone to receive calls. Your mobile does not need an internet connection and does not have to be a smartphone.

You can only choose the relevant city’s area code, such as 93 for Barcelona or 91 for Madrid, but not the remaining digits. You cannot choose them with a traditional phone company either.

Yes. As with calls between mobiles or from a landline to a mobile, you can see the caller’s number and decide whether to answer.

Yes. You can cancel whenever you want. The minimum period is one month with monthly billing. If you stop paying, your number is cancelled automatically.

No. Once your virtual landline number has been assigned, you can keep it for as long as you want, provided you make the required monthly payments. You can use it for your business or other needs. If you stop paying, the number is cancelled automatically.
