hola, estuve informándome para cambiar de compañía telefónica a virtual ya que han subido todas los precios y aquínadie dice nada, estamos en el país de europa donde más se paga por las telecomunicaciones, y hay que estar buscando las mejores con precios razonables y un buen servicio y eso es un poco dificil. Por eso me pase a fijovirtual y más que conetnta. Un saludo.
SpainIt took them a while to activate the service. I had to send my documents and so on. I understand the whole process, but after that I’ve been very happy with the service.

SpainWhen you call about a problem, they’re very friendly and answer quickly. In under five minutes, a technician calls you and fixes it. Nothing like *****, whom I kept calling for two months with no result.
Pues cuando llamas por algun problema son muy amables,te cogen el telefono rapido y antes de 5 minutos te llama un tecnico y te lo arregla.Nada que ver con ***** que estuve llamando dos meses y nada.
