Order a virtual number that suits you

A local number lets customers reach you using a familiar area code. First, consider where your audience is and how you handle calls. Then choose an area that suits your business. You can compare options without placing an order at every step.

The selector shows countries with enabled areas and published retail fees. Names, area codes and prices come from the FijoVirtual catalogue. Some areas represent national, mobile or toll-free numbers. An area in the list therefore does not always represent a separate city.

If you are still considering the service, see how virtual numbers work. When ordering a virtual number, distinguish the monthly fee from the top-up and call usage. There is no setup fee.

  • Choose a country and a city or area.
  • Check the monthly fee and the credit you need.
  • Select a number and check the forwarding destination.

Selecting a number does not reserve it. Numbers can change between a search and service processing. Some numbers also require documentation. Confirm these requirements before planning a campaign or announcing your new line.

Check forwarding and conditions

What to check when ordering a virtual number

Check that the country, area code and number match your needs. Review the initial top-up too. A low monthly fee does not mean calls to every destination cost the same. If you need several lines, you can request a quote for your setup.

Activation time depends on availability and the applicable requirements. Do not advertise the number as active before receiving confirmation. If an area has no listed numbers, “To be assigned” is selected automatically. You can also choose this option when specific numbers are available.

Where you will receive calls

You can forward calls to a landline, mobile or SIP. The SIP address is assigned on activation; you do not need to enter it. Include the international country code for phone numbers. One incorrect digit may prevent calls from reaching you. Check the call forwarding costs to assess the destination before continuing.

Can I choose the digits in my number?
You can search digit combinations among the numbers listed for your selected area. Your choice is subject to availability and does not create an automatic reservation.

Does the price include call forwarding?
The summary separates the chosen plan’s price from the initial top-up. Call usage depends on the destination and the agreed conditions.

Do I need documents to order a virtual number?
Requirements may vary by country and number type. Confirm which documents you need before requesting activation. Missing information does not mean there are no requirements.

Can I change country during selection?
Yes. Click Back and choose another country. You will need to select the area and number again so that the price matches your new choice.
